عامل اصلی در سوختن قطعات حساسی نظیر ecu نوسانات ولتاژ و وارد شدن شوک های متعدد به این قطعات است.در خودروهای قدیمی که این قطعات وجود نداشتند تعمیرکاران از روش هائی سنتی جهت تست قطعات برقی استفاده میکردنند که راهگشا نیز بود ولی این روشها در خودروهای امروزی با وجود قطعات حساس الکترونیکی نه تنها راهگشا نیست بلکه باعث صدمات جدی به این قطعات نیز می گردد.
تست قطعات برقی حساس خودروهای امروزی میبایست به وسیله دستگاههای عیب یاب کامپیوتری انجام گیرد. ولی متاسفانه به دلیل قیمت بالای این دستگاهها و پایین بودن سطح معلومات بعضی از تعمیرکاران و عدم اطلاع و اموزش های کافی متاسفانه از همان از روشهای قدیمی استفاده میکنند که به دلیل عدم اطلاع راننده جهت جلوگیری از این روشها متاسفانه باعث خرابی این قطعات حساس میگردنند.
روشهای نادرست جهت تست قطعات برقی خودرو
۱-در زمان روشن بودن موتور هیچکدام از بستهای باطری نباید از روی قطب باطری جدا گردنند.متاسفانه برقکارهای خودرو جهت تست اولیه خرابی دینام از این روش استفاده می کنند.
۲-جدا کردن وایر شمع ها در زمان روشن بودن خودرو جهت تست سیستم جرقه زنی نیز باعث ایجاد نوسان ولتاژ شده و صدمه ذکر شده را به دنبال خواهد داشت.
۳-خرابی و ضعیف بودن باطری به خصوص در زمان استارت زدن خودرو ولتاژ زیادی را از باطری کشیده و سایر قطعات الکترونیکی با نوسان ولتاژ شدیدی مواجه می گردنند.
