فیلتر بنزین یا صافی بنزین مثل سایر قطعات خودرو، یک عنصر کاملا ضروری برای عملکرد صحیح موتور خودرو است. اما متاسفانه برخلاف برخی قطعات ضروری مثل چرخ‌ها یا گیربکس، احتمالا شما کمتر به گوشتان خورده است و به همین دلیل، نگهداری و بررسی کردن آن هم جزو الویت‌هایتان نبوده است. اما بسیار حیاتی است که بدانید فیلتر بنزین، بر خلاف تصور عموم یکی از قطعات بسیار مهم خودرو است که عدم توجه به آن، می‌تواند پیامدهای بسیار بدی برای ماشین داشته باشد. برای آشنایی با تعویض صافی بنزین هر چند کیلومتر، آشنایی با فیلتر بنزین، نشانه‌های خرابی و نیاز به تعویض فیلتر بنزین و نحوه تعویض آن، با ادامه این مطلب همراه باشید تا آشنایی کاملی با صافی بنزین بدست بیاورید.
فیلتر بنزین یا صافی بنزین خودرو چیست؟
خودروی شما از بنزین داخل باک سوخت خود برای روشن کردن موتور استفاده می‌کند. اما ناخالصی‌های کوچکی مانند خاک، تراشه‌های رنگ، زنگ زدگی، ضایعات یا سایر ذرات آلاینده که در اثر فرسودگی خود باک و یا کثیفی شلنگ‌های انتقال سوخت ایجاد می‌شوند، می‌توانند بر عملکرد موتور شما تأثیر منفی بگذارند.
برای جلوگیری از فرسودگی و خرابی نهایی پمپ سوخت و انژکتورها، این آلودگی‌ها باید فیلتر شوند. صافی بنزین داخل باک برای جلوگیری از ورود این ناخالصی‌های کوچک به موتور ماشین شما طراحی شده است. فیلتر یا صافی بنزین داخل باک در واقع عملکردی مشابه فیلتر هوا دارد و قبل از اینکه ذرات کوچک بتوانند وارد موتور شما شوند، آنها را در یک مدیای مخصوص، به دام می‌اندازد.
دو نوع فیلتر بنزین در بازار وجود دارد که هر دو دقیقا به یک شکل کار می‌کنند: سوخت از طریق یک مدیای تصفیه که اغلب از یک کاغذ مخصوص ساخته می‌شود، رد شده و این مدیا باعث حذف هرگونه رسوب و آلاینده می‌شود.
صافی بنزین پلاستیکی یا فلزی که از یک محفظه پلاستیکی و یا فلزی ساده در اطراف یک فیلتر تصفیه ساخته شده و در زمان تعویض، کل این مجموعه نیاز به تعویض دارد.
صافی کارتریجی که در آن یک فیلتر قابل تعویض در یک نگهدارنده فلزی قرار گرفته است. درب این نگهدارنده قابل جدا شدن است و فیلتر آن می‌تواند به صورت جداگانه تعویض شود.
فیلتر بنزین کجا قرار گرفته است؟
فیلتر بنزین جایی بین مخزن سوخت و موتور شما قرار دارد. به طور معمول، فیلتر بنزین یا صافی بنزین داخل باک قرار دارد (در ابتدای خط سوخت که سوخت را به اتومبیل شما می‌رساند)، و یا جایی در میان خط سوخت (معمولاً در کف اتومبیل). در برخی از خودروها مثل ماشین های آلمانی فیلتر یا صافی بنزین در زیر صندلی عقب راننده و در کنار پمپ بنزین خودرو قرار گرفته اند . اگر از جای فیلتر بنزین ماشین‌تان مطمئن نیستید، به دفترچه راهنمای خودرو نگاهی بندازید و یا به تعمیرگاههای مجاز مراجعه نمایید.
زمان تعویض فیلتر بنزین
مانند هر فیلتر یا صافی دیگری، صافی باک بنزین شما آلاینده‌ها و سایر مواد زائد را جلب می‌کند. با گذشت عمر خودرو، فیلتر بنزین به تدریج کثیف شده و در آخر اشباع می‌شود، این امر می‌تواند عملکرد ماشین شما را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد زیرا در صورت شدن فیلتر سوخت، سوخت حاوی ذرات آلاینده به داخل انژکتور سوخت شما منتقل شده و یا جریان بهینه سوخت متوقف می‌شود. در اوایل صنعت، طول عمر یک فیلتر سوخت از ۳۰،۰۰۰ تا ۶۰،۰۰۰ کیلومتر برآورد می‌شد، اما با پاک‌تر و خالص‌تر شدن سوخت‌ها در طی زمان، فیلترهای بنزین معمولا می‌توانند تا ۱۰۰٫۰۰۰ کیلومتر هم به صورت بهینه عمل کنند. البته تعویض فیلتر بنزین برای اولین بار، در مسافت حدود ۱۵۰،۰۰۰ کیلومتر می‌تواند باعث خرابی موتور شود. این موضوع می‌تواند به این دلیل باشد که پمپ سوخت خودروی شما برای رد کردن سوخت از فیلتر کثیف، باید شدیدتر کار کند. بنابراین اگر فیلترهای خود را در حدود چنین مسافتی تعویض می‌کنید، باید جوانب احتیاط را رعایت کنید و قبل از این کار حتما با یک مکانیک مشورت کنید.
نشانه‌های مهم نیاز به تعویض فیلتر بنزین
یکی از سوال‌های رایج درباره فیلتر یا صافی باک بنزین این است که تعویض صافی بنزین هر چند کیلومتر باید انجام شود. اکثر تولید کنندگان خودرو پیشنهاد می‌کنند که صافی بنزین هر ۵ سال و یا بعد از مسافت حدود ۸۰،۰۰۰ کیلومتر عوض شود. اما مکانیک‌ها مخالف این موضوع هستند.

*استارت زدن ماشین به سختی انجام می‌شود
یکی از اولین علائمی که معمولا نشانه فیلتر سوخت نامناسب یا پر شده است، استارت زدن سخت خودرو است. یک فیلتر بنزین کثیف و پر شده ممکن است جریان سیستم سوخت را محدود کند یا باعث مختل شدن آن شود و این موضوع ممکن است موجب سخت روشن شدن ماشین شود. احتمال این امر به خصوص اگر فیلتر بنزین تا به حال تعویض نشده باشد، بیشتر است.
*مشکلات عملکرد موتور
علائم دیگر فیلتر سوخت پر شده، در رده مشکلات مربوط به عملکرد موتور قرار می‌گیرند. گاهی اوقات فیلتر سوخت تا حدی مسدود می‌شود که بر عملکرد موتور تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد. یک فیلتر سوخت کاملاً کثیف یا گرفته می‌تواند باعث شود خودرو چندین مشکل موتور را تجربه کند:
نارسایی یا تردید: در بارهای سنگین تر، فیلتر سوختگی مسدود شده، ممکن است باعث شود موتور به طور تصادفی دچار تردید یا نارسایی شود. این اتفاق به این علت می‌افتد که ذرات آلاینده، فیلتر را مسدود می‌کنند و منبع تغذیه سوختی که به موتور می‌رود را تخلیه می‌کنند. این مشکل بیشتر موقع شتاب گرفتن خودرو حس می‌شود. همچنین ممکن است موتور در سرعت‌های مختلف دچار لرزش شود، زیرا میزان سوختی که به آن می‌رسد، به دلیل فیلتر کثیف متغیر است.

مشکلات فیلتر سوخت همچنین می‌تواند باعث شود که چراغ بررسی موتور روشن شود. برخی از وسایل نقلیه مجهز به سنسور فشار سوخت هستند که فشار کلی سیستم سوخت را کنترل می‌کند. فیلتر بنزین گرفته شده، ممکن است باعث کاهش فشار شود که در صورت شناسایی سنسور، در نهایت باعث می‌شود چراغ بررسی موتور برای هشدار به راننده روشن شود. البته این چراغ ممکن است به دلایل مختلفی فعال شود، بنابراین در صورت روشن شدن آن، حتما رایانه خودرو را برای کدهای خطایی مختلف بررسی کنید.

هر گاه متوجه هر یک از علائم فوق شدید، باید فیلتر بنزین خودرو را تمیز و یا تعویض کنید. ساده‌ترین ترین روش برای تمیز کردن فیلتر بنزین، بیرون آوردن و دمیدن هوا با فشار درون آن است. این کار ذرات کوچک و بزرگ را تا حد زیادی از فیلتر خارج می‌کند. پس از انجام این کار، دوباره سعی کنید مقداری هوا درون فیلتر کنید. اگر هوا از داخل فیلتر عبور کند، بدین معنی است که فیلتر تمیز و باز شده است، در غیر این صورت فیلتر باید تعویض شود.
در پایان توجه داشته باشید که در کشور ما به خاطر کیفیت بنزین که در حد بالا نمی باشد و در حد متوسط می باشد و همچنین وجود ذرات معلق مختلف در بنزین تولید شده در کشور که درصد ناخالصی بیشتری دارد توجه به فیلتر یا صافی بنزین اهمیت بیشتری پیدا می کند . همچنین در خودروهایی که صافی بنزین قیمت زیادی ندارند بهتر است هر ساله چک شوند و در صورت نیاز تعویض شوند . اما در خودروهایی که قیمت صافی بنزین زیاد می باشد و حتی به اندازه قیمت پمپ بنزین در آنها هستند مانند انواع بنز و یا ب ام و بهتر است تا از طریق ای سی یو خودرو توسط افراد متخصص و کاربلد تست های لازم صورت بگیرد و در صورت نیاز اقدام به تعویض آن نمایید . در نظر بگیرید که اجرت تعویض در این خودروها به دلیل محل قرار گیری صافی بنزین (معمولا زیر صندلی عقب خودرو می باشد) بیشتر از بقیه خودروها می باشد .
