مراحل صدور پلاک، مدارک مورد نیاز برای تعویض پلاک که پیش نیازهای نقل و انتقال خودرو هستند و همچنین آدرس مراکز تعویض پلاک از جمله مطالبی است که به صورت دقیق و مفصل در این مطلب مطالعه خواهید کرد.
در صورتی که شما به تازگی اقدام به خرید وسیله نقلیه نموده باشید و یا تصمیم داشته باشید وسیله نقلیه را به نام فرد دیگری بزنید، برای ثبت سند نیازمند دریافت پلاک خودرو هستید.
در این مطلب قصد داریم، مراحل صدور پلاک و مدارک مورد نیاز برای تعویض پلاک را بررسی نماییم. تمامی این اطلاعات از وب سایت پایگاه اطلاع رسانی موسسه راهگشا به دست آمده است اما ممکن است در طول زمان برخی از آنها تغییر یابد. جهت کسب اطمینان از به روز بودن این موارد به وب سایت فوق مراجعه فرمایید.
کلیه مراکز تـعویض پلاک سراسر کشور از شنبه تا چهارشنبه ساعت 7:00 الی14:30پنجشنبه 7:00 الی 12:00آماده ارائه خدمات به هم میهنان گرامی می‌باشند.
شرایط و مدارک لازم جهت نقل و انتقال خودرو :
1 – حضور متعاملین (خریدار و فروشنده یا نماینده قانونی ایشان) به همراه خودرو
2 – اصل شناسنامه (سجلی هویت) فروشنده و خریدار (حسب مورد) و کارت ملی متعاملین
3- اصل سند مالکیت خودرو صادر شده توسط پلیس راهور ناجا
4- اصل سند فروش کارخانه سازنده (تولید داخل)
5- درخصوص خودروهای وارداتی به دلیل اخذ اسناد گمرکی در زمان شماره گذاری صرف مشخصات خودرو و هویتی مالک اولیه در سامانه شماره گذاری کافی به مقصود می باشد.
6 – اصل کارت شناسایی خودرو
7-در صورت مفقود شدن کارت شناسایی اخذ تعهد از مالک یا نماینده قانونی وی الزامی است.
8 – ارائه گواهی مفاصا حساب اجرائیات در صورت عدم پرداخت وجوه جرائم معوقه
9- مدارک احراز سکونت خریدار در آدرس اعلامی
10- واریز فیش بانکی به مبلغ 400/000 ریال به شماره حساب 2171159013002 بنام خزانه داری کل نزد بانک ملی بابت هزینه نقل و انتقال خودرو
11- پرداخت هزینه پستی به مبلغ70/000ریال جهت ارسال کارت مشخصات خودرو
لازم به ذکر است کلیه مراکز تعویض پلاک به دستگاه کارت خوان(pos) مجهز می باشد
توجه:
– حتماً چند روز قبل از تسویه حساب خلافی انجام گردد در مراکز پلیس + ۱۰
– اگر روز قبل یا همان روز انجام شود ، مستلزم دریافت برگه خلافی مجدد ( با صف و شبکه و کارت و… ) هستید.
– پرداخت مالیات و عوارض شهرداری برای خودروهای کاری لازم است، برای خودروهای شخصی فقط در دفترخانه لازم است.
– میزان عوارض شهرداری معادل یک دهم درصد قیمت خودرو صفر برای یک سال می‌باشد.
– خرج محضر یا دفترخانه برای ماشین و مدل متفاوت است ، مثلاً ۷۰ تومن برای پراید سال ۷۸ تا ۲۸۰ تومن برای ۲۰۶ صفر
– خرج محضر یا هزینه نقل و انتقال خودرو به عهده فروشنده است و هزینه پلاک به عهده خریدار
– پول نقد ، انواع کارت اعتباری ، خودکار ، انواع فیش های آب و برق و تلفن و دفترچه بیمه همراه داشته باشید. ( کپی سند مالکیت منزل و کپی صفحه اول و دوم شناسنامه عیال مربوطه را هم همراه داشته باشید. ضرری ندارد)
-لازم به توضیح می باشد که اصلاح آدرس در یک شهر که نیاز به تغییر پلاک ندارد با ابلاغ پلیس راهور ناجا در مراکز پلیس +۱۰ انجام می شود.
مدارک احراز محل سکونت خریدار خودرو :
1. ارایه سند مالکیت منزل مسکونی بنام مالک وسیله نقلیه .
2. ارایه سند اجاره نامه منزل مسکونی بنام مالک وسیله نقلیه (دارای کد رهگیری و هالوگرام )
3. ارایه اصل جواز کسب معتبر بنام مالک وسیله نقلیه .
4. گواهی اشتغال به تحصیل فرزندان خریدار با ذکر آدرس محل سکونت والدین که به تایید آموزش و پرورش منطقه رسیده باشد .
5. معرفی نامه از اداره محل خدمت خریدار (ویژه کارکنان دولت و نیروهای مسلح) با ذکر آدرس محل سکونت کارکنان مزبور .
6. درصورت ادعای سکونت خریدار در منزل والدین، ارایه سند (ملکی، استیجاری) به نام پدر یا مادر.
7. ارایه سند واحد مسکونی بنام همسر مالک وسیله نقلیه .
8. در صورت عدم ارایه مدارک فوق الذکر بر اساس محل صدور شناسنامه اقدام می گردد.
9. دفترچه بیمه تأمین اجتماعی معتبر مربوط به شهرستان محل اخذ کد پلاک.
10. در صورت عدم امکان احراز آدرس در بندهای 1 ، 3 ، 6 ، 7 ، 8 ارایه مدرک تکمیلی اصل فیش آب یا برق ویا گاز به تاریخ روز الزامی می باشد.
11. تأییدیه شورای محل/روستا برای ساکنان شهرها و روستاهای مرزی که در زمان جنگ به شهرهای دیگر منتقل شده و دارای محل تولد مغایر با والدین خود می باشند.
12. تأییدیه شورای محل/روستا برای منازل اوقافی و روستایی و همچنین نامه رسمی از ادارات عشایر و امور روستایی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی برای عشایر با نظر مدیر فنی.
13. درخصوص سازمانها ، کارخانجات ، شرکتها ، اساسنامه و بریده روزنامه رسمی که حداکثر دو سال از تاریخ ثبت در روزنامه گذشته باشد و بر اساس شهرستان محل ثبت شرکت با ذکر آدرس دقیق محل فعالیت اقدام گردد. در رابطه با سازمانها ، کارخانجات ، شرکتها ، که دارای شعبه و یا دفتر در سایر شهرها (به غیر از شهری که شرکت یا کارخانه یا سازمان در آنجا به ثبت رسیده) می باشد، براساس مندرجات اساسنامه و بریده روزنامه رسمی آنها اقدام خواهد شد
ارائه یکی از موارد فوق کافی به مقصود می باشد
مراحل نقل و انتقال خودرو:
1- دریافت قبض ورودی پارکینگ (زمان ورود به مرکز)
2- مراجعه به اطلاعات و نوبت دهی و تعیین دفتر خدمات دولت الکترونیک
3- مراجعه به غرفه یا دفتر تعیین شده و ارائه مدارک لازم و بررسی مدارک متقاضیان توسط کارشناس حقوقی
4- اخذ فرم بازدید فنی خودرو از دفتر تعیین شده
5- بازدید فنی خودرو توسط کارشناس مرکز (تأیید اصالت خودرو)
6- ارائه گواهی مفاصا حساب اجرائیات (عدم خلافی) در صورت داشتن تخلف
7- واریز فیش بانکی به مبلغ 400/000 ریال به شماره حساب 2171159013002 نزد بانک مرکزی بنام خزانه داری کل بابت هزینه نقل و انتقال خودرو و پرداخت هزینه پستی به مبلغ 70/000 ریال جهت ارسال کارت مشخصات خودرو
8- مراجعه به دفتر مربوطه جهت دریافت تأییدیه نقل و انتقال و سند مالکیت خودرو
9- مراجعه به محل فک جهت فک پلاک خودرو
10- مراجعه به انبار پلاک جهت تحویل پلاک قدیم و اخذ پلاک جدید
11- مراجعه به محل نصب جهت نصب پلاک جدید
12- مراجعه به درب خروج با ارائه قبض ورود به پارکینگ و خروج از مرکز
مدارک موردنیاز صدور کارت المثنی مشخصات خودرو:
1- حضور مالک یا نماینده قانونی ایشان به همراه خودرو جهت سیر مراحل قانونی
2- اصل مدارک شناسایی معتبر شامل کارت ملی و شناسنامه و یا وکالتنامه برای نماینده قانونی وی به همراه مدرک شناسائی
3- اصل سند فروش کارخانه سازنده (تولید داخل)
4- اصل سند مالکیت خودرو صادر شده توسط پلیس راهور ناجا
5- ارائه گواهی مفاصا حساب اجرائیات در صورت عدم پرداخت وجوه جرائم معوقه
6- واریز فیش بانکی به مبلغ 250/000 به شماره حساب 0100801426004 نزد بانک ملی بابت هزینه صدور کارت المثنی مشخصات خودرو
7- اخذ تعهد کتبی از مالک ویا نماینده قانونی وی
8-پرداخت هزینه پستی به مبلغ 70/000ریال جهت ارسال کارت مشخصات خودرو
مدارک مورد نیازصدور سند المثنی مالکیت خودرو
1- حضور مالک یا نماینده قانونی ایشان به همراه خودرو جهت سیر مراحل قانونی
2- اصل مدارک شناسایی معتبر شامل کارت ملی و شناسنامه و یا وکالتنامه برای نماینده قانونی وی به همراه مدرک شناسائی
3- اصل سند فروش کارخانه سازنده (تولید داخل)
4- اصل کارت مشخصات خودرو
5- درج یک نوبت آگهی در روزنامه های کثیرالانتشار مبنی بر فقدان شناسنامه مالکیت خودرو و سپری شدن 10 روز از تاریخ آگهی و قبول هرگونه مسئولیت در قبال کشف فساد احتمالی الزامی است
6- ارائه گواهی مفاصا حساب اجرائیات در صورت عدم پرداخت وجوه جرائم معوقه
7- واریز فیش بانکی به مبلغ 250/000 به شماره حساب 0267006700007 نزد بانک ملی
