خودروهای هیبرید در جهان پدیده جدیدی نیستند و بیش از یک دهه از ورودشان به بازار می گذرد و تا به حال توانسته اند جای خود را در بازار باز کنند. این مسئله به ویژه در کشورهای پیشرفته جهان نمود بیشتری داشته است اما در کشورمان هم از حدود 2 سال پیش و به دنبال کاهش تعرفه واردات این خودروها شاهد حضور پررنگ ترشان در کشور هستیم به گونه ای که امسال و در نمایشگاه خودرو تهران، از چند محصول هیبرید رونمایی شد. با وجود افزایش حضور این خودروها در خیابان های شهری، همچنان سوالات زیادی از سوی عموم خریداران در زمینه این خودروها شنیده می شود و به همین دلیل تصمیم گرفتیم در این مطلب به طور خلاصه چگونگی کارکرد این خودروها را مرور کنیم.
خودروهای هیبرید چیست؟
به طور عمومی خودروی هیبرید خودرویی است که از دو منبع نیروی متفاوت برای حرکت استفاده کند اما آنچه امروزه به عنوان خودروی هیبرید شناخته می شود، خودرویی است که از نیروی یک موتور درون سوز (بنزینی یا دیزل و حتی گاهی گازسوز) و یک موتور الکتریکی برای حرکت استفاده می کنند.
انواع خودروهای هیبرید
در یک دسته بندی کلی می توان خودروهای هیبرید را از نظرطراحی قوای محرکه به دو دسته سری و موازی تقسیم کرد. در خودروهای هیبرید سری، موتور درون سوز مستقیما به چرخ ها متصل نیست بلکه مانند یک ژنراتور عمل می کند و تنها وظیفه شارژ باتری خودرو را برعهده دارند و موتور (یا موتورهای) الکتریکی هستند که خودرو را به حرکت در می آورند.
در خودروهای هیبرید موازی، موتور درون سوز به همراه موتور الکتریکی نیروی خودرو را تامین می کند، به این معنی که هر دوی آنها به چرخ ها متصل هستند و هر یک به تنهایی می توانند نیروی حرکتی خودرو را تامین کنند. در بعضی از مدل ها، موتور الکتریکی به عنوان یک مجموعه واحد با موتور درون سوز و کوپل شده به آن طراحی می شود و در بعضی دیگر از مدل ها این موتور الکتریکی به عنوان واحدی جدا از موتور درون سوز طراحی شده است هر چند در نهایت کارآیی کلی هر دوی این روش ها یکسان است.
شارژ باتری خودروی هیبرید از کجا می آید؟
موتور الکتریکی در صورتی که جریان الکتریسیته به آن متصل شود می تواند نیرو تولید کند اما همین موتور می تواند کارکردی بالعکس را هم داشته باشد. به این معنی که با دریافت نیروی مکانیکی، جریان الکتریکی تولید کند. در خودروهای هیبرید نیز دقیقا همین وضعیت رخ می دهد به این شکل که در زمان کارکرد موتور درون سوز در صورت خالی بودن شارژ باتری ها، با چرخش موتور الکتریکی توان الکتریکی تولید می شود و این توان الکتریکی در نهایت باتری های خودرو را شارژ می کند. البته در بعضی از انواع خودروها و به ویژه انواع سری- موازی، یک دینام در مسیر انتقال قدرت موتور درون سوز به چرخ ها قرار دارد که به طور پیوسته می تواند باتری خودرو را شارژ کند و به همین دلیل این خودروها (که تویوتا پریوس هم نمونه ای از آنهاست) برتر از انواع عادی هستند.
علاوه بر این، در خودروهای هیبرید موتور الکتریکی در زمان متوقف کردن خودرو هم شارژ می شود به این معنی که در زمان ترمزگیری، جریان الکتریکی این موتور قطع شده و موتور بار دیگر مانند یک ژنراتور عمل می کند و در طی ترمزگیری، با دریافت نیرو از چرخ ها باتری های خودرو را شارژ می کند ضمن آنکه از این طریق توان ترمزهای خودرو نیز تقویت می شود.
آیا خودروهای هیبرید را می توان با برق شهری شارژ کرد؟
در سال های اخیر شماری از شرکت ها نمونه هایی موسوم به plug in Hybrid معروف به پلاگین تولید کرده اند که در آنها شارژ باتری ها علاوه بر روش های گفته شده از طریق اتصال خودرو به شارژرهای مخصوص هم امکان پذیر است تا از این طریق در سفرهای کوتاه نیازی به روشن شدن موتور درون سوز نباشد و خودرو تنها با اتکا به نیروی الکتریکی حرکت کند. این خودروها گران تر از انواع معمولی هیبریدها هستند اما به دلیل آنکه می توان شارژ باتری ها را در منزل یا محل کار انجام داد، در مسیرهای کوتاه کاملا همچون خودروی برقی هستند.
آیا خودروهای هیبرید می توانند تنها با موتور الکتریکی حرکت کنند؟
به دلیل ساختار قوای محرکه خودروهای هیبرید، این خودروها می توانند تنها با موتور الکتریکی حرکت کنند و در این شرایط عملا مصرف بنزین و آلایندگی آنها صفر است. این وضعیت تا زمانی ادامه پیدا می کند که ذخیره باتری آنها به پایان نرسیده باشد.
اگر شارژ باتری خودروهای هیبرید به پایان برسد چه اتفاقی می افتد؟
خودروهای هیبرید موازی می توانند با موتور درون سوز و بدون وجود موتور الکترکی هم حرکت کنند و به همین دلیل اگر طی مسیر حرکت شارژ باتری آنها به پایان برسد خودرو به طور اتوماتیک با روشن کردن موتور درون سوز به راه خود ادامه می دهد ضمن آنکه می تواند از همین طریق باتری های خودرو را نیز شارژ کند و به این ترتیب این خودروها هیچ گاه به دلیل اتمام ذخیره باتری ها متوقف نمی شوند. البته این وضعیت در خودروهای هیبرید سری متفاوت است چرا که در این خودروها موتور درون سوز به طور مستقیم به چرخ ها متصل نیست و با به کار افتادن آن، برق مورد نیاز سیستم تامین می شود هر چند این خودروها هم عملا هیچ گاه به دلیل خالی شدن باتری ها در راه نمی ماند.
مزیت خودروی هیبرید
به طور طبیعی مهم ترین مزیت یک خودروی هیبرید، مصرف سوخت پایین و آلایندگی کمتر آن نسبت به خودروهای معمولی است. خودروها به ویژه در ترافیک های شهری بخش عمده ای از زمان کارکرد خودرو، در حالت ساکن و خلاص می گذرد و این به معنای آن است که بنزین بدون آنکه حرکتی ایجاد کند می سوزد.
در یک خودروی هیبرید در شرایط ترافیک، موتور درون سوز به طور خودکار خاموش می شود و خودرو با توان الکتریکی به حرکت در می آید. مهم ترین مزیت موتور الکتریکی آن است که در حالت سکون هیچ توانی مصرف نمی کند و به این ترتیب خودرو تنها زمانی که به حرکت درمی آید، انرژی مصرف می کند ضمن آنکه موتورهای الکتریکی می توانند گشتاور (کشش) بسیار بالایی را از آغاز حرکت تولید کنند که این مسئله به معنای آن است که خودرو به راحتی می تواند با سرنشینان کامل در ترافیک شهری حرکت کند و به همین دلیل مصرف سوخت این خودروها به طور معمول در شهر پایین تر از جاده است.
یک خودروی هیبرید چگونه کار می کند؟
از نظر رانندگی، یک خودروی هیبرید هیچ تفاوتی با خودروهای معمولی ندارد و به این ترتیب نیازی به آموزش خاصی برای راندن این خودروها نیست اما در باطن این خودروها مجموعه پیچیده ای از سیستم های الکترونیکی و مکانیکی وظیفه به حرکت درآوردن خودرو را بر عهده دارند و همین موضوع خودروهای هیبرید را به فناوری بسیار پیشرفته ای تبدیل می کند.
اصلی ترین اجزای یک خودروی هیبرید عبارت است از: موتور درون سوز (معمولا بنزینی)، موتور الکتریکی، باک سوخت، مجموعه باتری ها، گیربکس، سیستم تقسیم نیرو و مجموعه الکترونیکی مدیریت سیستم هیبرید.
موتور درون سوز این خودروها از نظر ساختار تفاوتی با موتورهای به کار رفته در سایر خودروها ندارد هر چند خودروسازان بزرگ تلاش می کنند بیشترین کارآیی را از این موتورها به دست آورند. موتور الکتریکی به کار رفته در خودروهای هیبرید نمونه های پیچیده ای هستند چرا که از یک سو باید ابعاد کوچک و وزن کمی داشته باشد و از سوی دیگر باید بتواند قدرت بالایی تولید کند و به همین دلیل تعداد انگشت شماری از شرکت ها توانایی تولید آن را دارند. مجموعه باتری های این خودروها نیز با آنچه در خودروهای معمولی می بینیم متفاوت است و در حقیقت بخش عمده ای از قیمت بالاتر یک خودروی هیبرید نسبت به یک خودروی معمولی را همین مجموعه باتری ها تشکیل می دهد.
این باتری ها (که در بسیاری از خودروها شبیه به باتری های به کاررفته در تلفن های همراه و لپ تاپ ها ولی در ابعاد بزرگ تر است) به طور معمول در کف صندوق عقب و یا فضای میان صندوق و سرنشینان جاسازی می شود تا حجم اتاق خودرو را اشغال نکند.
گیربکس به کار رفته در این خودروها اتوماتیک است و معمولا از نوع CVT انتخاب می شود هر چند در نمونه هایی که از ابتدا به عنوان یک خودرو بنزین سوز طراحی شده اند و بعدا مدل هیبرید آنها نیز به تولید رسیده همچنان شاهد بهره گیری از گیربکس های اتوماتیک عادی هستیم. علاوه بر گیربکس، بعضی از خودروهای هیبرید (که به انواع سری- موازی معروفند) یک بخش مستقل برای تقسیم نیروی دریافتی از موتور الکتریکی و درون سوز دارند که وظیفه آن مدیریت انتقال نیروی (از هر یک از موتورها یا هر دوی آنها به چرخ ها و یا از موتور درون سوز به موتور الکتریکی جهت شارژ باتری ها و یا از چرخ ها به موتور الکتریکی جهت شارژ باتری ها) است هر چند بیشتر خودروها فاقد این بخش هستند و موتور الکتریکی به طور مستقیم به موتور درون سوز متصل است.
نیروی محرک خودرو می تواند از هر یک از دو موتور درون سوز و یا الکتریکی و یا هر دوی آنها تامین شود ضمن آنکه موتور درون سوز می تواند باعث به حرکت درآوردن موتور الکتریکی شود که در نهایت همچون یک ژنراتور باعث شارژ باتری ها می شود. در کنار اینها در زمان توقف هم نیروی چرخ ها در جهت عکس به موتور الکتریکی می رسد که این بار هم این موتور در نقش ژنراتور عمل می کند و باعث شارژ باتری ها می شود.
در کنار همه اینها، بخش الکترونیکی ویژه ای مدیریت تمام این امور را برعهده دارد و جهت انتقال نیرو و منبع تامین نیروی حرکتی را کنترل می کند.
آیا همه شرکت ها خودروی هیبرید تولید میکنند؟
فناوری ساخت یک خودروی هیبرید بسیار پیچیده است و به همین دلیل تنها بعضی از شرکت های خودروساز دانش فنی ساخت خودروی هیبرید را دارند. البته برخی معتقدند که خودروهای الکتریکی و یا خودروهای دیزل پاک، آینده صنعت خودروسازی را رقم خواهندزد و به همین دلیل بعضی از شرکت ها به جای سرمایه گذاری روی خودروهای هیبرید، روی سایر انواع خودرو سرمایه گذاری کرده اند که باعث شده تنوع مدل های هیبرید بسیار محدود باشد.
