این روزها که کمبود بنزین سوپر در کشور خبرساز شده، بحث عدد اکتان، مکمل ها، و اکتان بوسترهایی که توسط پمپ بنزین ها به رانندگان توصیه می شود داغتر از همیشه شده است. اما اصلا بنزین سوپر چه تفاوتی با بنزین معمولی دارد؟ چه خودروهایی با بنزین سوپر بهتر کار می‌کنند؟ کدام خودروها با بنزین معمولی آسیب خواهند دید؟
زمانی که سوخت مصرفی اکتانی کمتر از میزان لازم برای موتور خودرو دارا باشد، هنگام بالارفتن از سربالایی ها یا حرکت با دور موتور پایین با دنده مرده، موتور شروع به تولید صدایی صدایی شبیه به برخورد آرام قاشق و چنگال به یکدیگر (چرق چرق) می کند، این صدا با برداشتن پا از روی پدال گاز قطع شده و هر زمان که پای خود را بروی پدال فشار دهید دوباره به گوش می رسد.
در ایران تقریبا همه ما حداقل یکبار این صدا را شنیده ایم…. این صدا که برخی مکانیک ها به آن صدای سوپاپ می گویند، در واقع صدای ناک زدن موتور خودرو است…. (در خودروهای توربو شارژ، موتور در دور موتورهای بالا و حین تخته گاز راندن نیز ناک میزند) زمانی که این صدا به گوش میرسد، خطراتی جدی موتور خودروی شمارا تهدید می کند، این پدیده در موتور های توربوشارژ اثر بسیار شدید تری دارد و بجز صدای مذکور، حالتی مثل تقه زدن و شتاب گیری منقطع را در آنها شاهد خواهیم بود.
به طور کل، راه حل این مشکل در استفاده از سوخت با اکتان بالاتر خلاصه می‌شد (تفاوت بنزین معمولی با سوپر، در عدد اکتان بالاتر آن است)، اما این روزها که بنزین سوپر در اکثر نقاط کشور نایاب شده است، تصمیم گرفتیم تا در این مطلب تمام اصطلاحات مرتبط را به طور کامل توضیح دهیم. در ادامه به توضیح نسبت تراکم، اکتان، ناک و تمام اصطلاحات مرتبط با این موضوع خواهیم پرداخت….!
نسبت تراکم چیست؟
99 درصد پیشرانه‌های خودروهایی که ما با آنها سر و کار داریم، از نوع موتور های 4 زمانه هستند، موتورهای 4 زمانه در 4 مرحله مکش، تراکم، انفجار و تخلیه کار می کنند.
زمانی که مخلوط بنزین و هوا توسط پیستون به داخل سیلندر و محفظه احتراق مکیده شدند، تا حد مشخصی متراکم می شوند، و میزان متراکم شدن این مخلوط با عددی به نام نسبت تراکم مشخص می گردد، به نسبت حجم محفظهی سیلندر در زمانیکه پیستون در پایینترین سطح خود قرار دارد به حجم این محفظه در زمانیکه پیستون در بالاترین سطح خود قرار دارد نسبت تراکم می گویند.
بعنوان مثال اگر نسبت تراکم موتوری ۱۰ به یک باشد، بدین معناست که حجم مخلوط سوخت و هوای موجود در سیلندر در لحظهی انفجار (حداکثر تراکم) یک دهم حجم آن در پیش از آغاز عمل تراکم است.
(نسبت تراکم در برخی موتورهای قدیمی حدود ۵ به ۱ یا بالاتر بود، اما امروزه و در موتورهای پیشرفته تا ۱۲.5 به ۱ افزایش یافته است) پس از پایان مرحله تراکم نیز این مخلوط بوسیله جرقه شمع محترق شده و باقی ماجرا که خارج از بحث ما است اتفاق می افتد.
ناک چیست؟
زمانی که مخلوط سوخت که ماده ای با قابلیت اشتعال بالاست زودتر از رسیدن پیستون ها به نقطه مرگ بالا و زده شدن جرقه توسط شمع منفجر شود (بخاطر متراکم شدن و دمای بالا)؛ موتور دچار کوبش (Knock) خواهد شد که این مساله برای موتور بسیار مضر است.(پیستون سعی در بالا آمدن دارد، اما در اثر انفجار زود هنگام مخلوط درون سیلندر، نیرویی با شدت از سمت بالا به آن ضربه می زند)
دراثر ناک زدن، دمای محفظه احتراق خودرو بالا می‌رود، به سوپاپ ها فشار وارد می شود و در اثر ضربه و حرارت خطر ذوب شدن، شکستن و یا سوراخ شدن پیستون وجود دارد.
هرچقدر نسبت تراکم پیشرانه بیشتر باشد، احتمال وقوع پدیده ناک افزایش خواهد یافت. از طرفی یکی از راههای بالا بردن قدرت و بازده موتور خودروها، بالابردن نسبت تراکم آنهاست. تنها راه افزایش نسبت تراکم موتور در کنار دوری از خطر ناک زدن، افزایش دادن توان مقابله سوخت در برابر خودسوزی است. این موضوع در خودروهای مجهز به سیستم پرخوران (توربو و سوپر شارژ) به دلیل تراکم هوای ورودی به موتور و همینطور دمای بالاتر آن، اهمیت بسیار بیشتری دارد.
عدد اکتان چیست؛ بنزین معمولی و سوپر چه تفاوتی دارند؟
آنچه که مشخص می نماید که سوخت تا چه میزان توانایی متراکم شدن قبل از احتراق خود به خودی(خودسوزی ) را داراست، عدد اکتان می نامند.
در هنگام تصفیه نفت خام در پالایشگاه، زنجیره های هیدروکربن با طولهای متفاوت تولید می شود که این زنجیره ها با ترکیب شدن با یکدیگر، سوخت های متفاوتی تولید می کنند. متان دارای یک اتم ، پروپان ۳ اتم ، بوتان ۴ اتم، پنتان ۵ اتم ، هگزان ۶ اتم ، هپتان ۷ اتم و اکتان ۸ اتم کربن دارند، اگر بنزینی دارای مقادیر بسیار بالایی از اکتان باشد، بنزین بسیار خوبی از نظر مقاومت در برابر خودسوزی محسوب می شود. اما در مقابل، هپتان بسیار سریع و در اثر تراکمی ناچیز، محترق خواهد شد.
این ۲ هیدروکربن بعنوان مبنایی برای مقاومت خودسوزی سوخت در برابر متراکم شدن انتخاب شدند و با دادن عدد ۱۰۰ به اکتان و ۰ به هپتان نسبتی به نام عدد اکتان بدست آمده است.
بطور مثال بنزینی با عدد اکتان ۸۷، دارای نسبت ۸۷ اکتان به ۱۳ هپتان می باشد. اما ساخت سوختی که متشکل از این میزان اکتان باشد هزینه تولید بسیار بالایی خواهد داشت و این ۲ ماده در حال حاضر تنها تشکیل دهنده های بنزین نیستند و مواد و افزودنیهای دیگری کار بالابردن عدد اکتان یا همان مقاومت در برابر خودسوزی یا کوبش موتور را برعهده دارند.
در ایران به طور رسمی عدد مشخصی برای انواع بنزین ها اعلام نشده، اما شنیده ها حکایت از اکتان 87 RON برای بنزین معمولی و 95 RON برای بنزین سوپر حکایت دارد.
اکتان RON و MON چه تفاوتی دارند؟
اما عدد اکتان بنزین را به ۲ روش می توان بدست آورد، اولین روش، روش تحقیقی Research Octane number یا RON نامیده میشود و دومین روش، روش موتوری: Motor Octane number یا MON نام دارد. تفاوت این ۲ روش در شرایط و پارامترهای محیطی متفاوت حین آزمایش بر روی بنزین است که در جدول زیربه برخی از این تفاوت‌ها اشاره شده:
مسلما با توجه به شرایط سخت تر آزمایش در روش MON ، نسبت به روش RON برای یک بنزین مشابه، عدد بدست آمده از آزمایش به روش RON عدد بیشتری خواهد بود. ممکن است بنزینی بدلیل نوع افزودنی ها و مواد بکار رفته جهت بالا بردن اکتان در شرایط آزمایش RON، عدد بالایی از اکتان را ارائه دهد اما در شرایط سخت تر، توانایی مقابله بسیار کمتری نسبت به تراکم پذیری داشته باشد و عدد حاصل از آزمایش MON بسیار پایین باشد، پس در مقایسه چند نوع بنزینی که عدد اکتان RON مشابهی دارند، بنزینی که عدد اکتان MON آن کمتر از دیگران باشد، بنزین مرغوب تری است….
با وجود این که مبنا قرار دادن عدد بدست آمده از آزمایش RON بعنوان عدد اکتان، چندان صحیح به نظر نمی رسد، در اروپا و اکثر کشورها از جمله ایران، عدد RON مبنای مشخص نمودن میزان اکتان بنزین می باشد.
(در آمریکا با استفاده از فرمول RON+MON)/2) و بدست آمدن عدد جدیدی به نام PON یا Pump Octane Number این مشکل تا حدی حل شده است.)
تاثیر دما، ارتفاع، میزان رطوبت بر عدد اکتان
تغییر شرایط محیطی ، باعث بالا و یا پایین رفتن اکتان بنزین میشود.
یکی از این موارد ارتفاع از سطح دریا ست، عدد اکتان برای هر بنزین براساس آزمایش انجام شده در محلی هم سطح دریا مشخص می‌گردد و هرچه این آزمایش در ارتفاع بیشتری انجام گیرد (به فرض ثابت ماندن دیگر پارامترها) عدد اکتان بهتری به دست خواهد آمد.
یعنی اگر خودرویی با بنزینی که برفرض مثال اکتان ۸۲ (در سطح دریا) دارد را به محلی در ارتفاع مثلا 1000 متر بالاتر از سطح دریا (فرضا دارای دما و رطوبت یکسان) منتقل نماییم ؛ خواهیم دید موتور این خودرو در ارتفاع 100 متری بسیار دیرتر دچار ناک می شود تا در محل هم سطح دریا….
(به طور تقریبی تا ارتفاع ۱۸۰۰ متری از سطح دریا به ازای هر ۳۰۰ متر افزایش ارتفاع ۱.۴ به عدد اکتانRON اضافه می گردد و در ارتفاع بالای ۱۸۰۰ متر این میزان به ۲.۵ عدد در ازای هر ۳۰۰ متر افزایش ارتفاع تبدیل میشود)
اما ارتفاع تنها عامل جوی تاثیر گذار در اکتان نیست و میزان رطوبت و دمای هوا نیز از دیگر عوامل جوی موثر بر اکتان می باشند. افزایش ۱ گرم آب در هر کیلوگرم هوای خشک ۰.۲۵ تا ۰.۳۲ به عدد اکتان MON می افزاید و کاهش هر ۵.۶ درجه سانتیگراد دمای محیط نیز ۰.۴۴ تا ۰.۵۵ عدد اکتان MON را افزایش می دهد، پس نتیجه دیگر این که در زمستان اکتان پایین تری لازم است تا تابستان و یک سوخت مشابه در شرایط مشابه از نظر رطوبت و محل آزمایش، در زمستان دیرتر دچار خودسوزی می شود تا در تابستان.
البته از آنجائیکه تاثیر ارتفاع بر اکتان نسبت به تاثیر رطوبت و دما بسیار بیشتر است، اگر بنزین مناطق کنار دریا ( شمال و جنوب ) را نیز با اکتان بالاتری عرضه نمایند ؛ تعمیرات خودروها در این مناطق بدلیل استفاده از اکتان بالاتر به تاخیر خواهد افتاد. از دیگر موارد موثر در عدد اکتان میتوان به مواردی چون نسبت تراکم موتور، آوانس و ریتارد کار کردن آن، میزان کارکرد موتور، دمای موتور، نسبت بنزین و هوا و مواردی از این دست، اشاره نمود.
در ابتدا گفتیم که اگر اکتان سوخت پایین باشد، هنگام بالارفتن از سربالایی یا حرکت با دور موتور پایین با دنده مرده، موتور شروع به ناک زدن می کند….
در خودروهای جدید این مشکل بوسیله سنسوری به نام Knock Sensor تا حدودی حل شده است و در صورت استفاده از بنزینی با اکتان پایین تر از حد لازم برای آن خودرو یا کاهش ارتفاع ، افزایش دما و یا کاهش رطوبت، کامپیوتر خودرو با ریتارد کردن زمان جرقه زنی برای رفع شکل سعی میکند، اما این امر باعث کاهش شتاب خودرو ، دیر عکس العمل نشان دادن در هنگام فشردن یکباره پدال گاز و همچنین ایجاد آلودگی بیشتر و از بین بردن سریعتر قطعات موتور در دراز مدت می گردد. پس در اینگونه خودروها بهتر است از بنزین با اکتان ذکر شده در دفترچه خودرو که عموما هم عددی بالای ۹۰ است، استفاده کنید ( در ایران تنها گزینه های در دسترس، استفاده از بنزین سوپر، یا مکمل ها هستند…)
آنچه به صورت یک باور غلط در فرهنگ مردم جا افتاده ، این است که ترکیب کردن بنزین سوپر و معمولی کار درستی نیست. در حالیکه مطابق تحقیقات و آزمایشات انجام شده می توانید به راحتی با ترکیب دو نوع بنزین با یکدیگر به عدد اکتان لازم دست یابید، مثلا اگر اکتان بنزین معمولی برای خودروی شما کم، و اکتان بنزین سوپر برای خودرویتان زیاد است، میتوانید از ترکیب بنزین معمولی و سوپر استفاده نمایید چرا که استفاده از اکتان بالاتر از حد لازم برای چنین خودروهایی جز هدر دادن پول، منفعت دیگری برای خودرویتان ندارد و استفاده از اکتان پایین تر هم با خودسوزی سوخت به موتور خودروی شما آسیب می رساند و در صورت تنظیم موتور بر مبنای اکتان بنزین معمولی هم از شتاب خودرو کاسته می شود. البته در حال حاضر و با قیمت پایین بنزین و اختلاف تنها 200 تومانی بنزین سوپر با معمولی این کار چندان عاقلانه به نظر نمی رسد، اما شاید با تغییر شرایط از جمله سهمیه بندی بنزین این روش به یک انتخاب معقول تبدیل شود. (البته پیدا کردن یک پمپ بنزین خلوت هم آسان نیست!)
مکمل ها و اکتان بوستر ها
به طور کل برای اکثرخودروهای موجود در ایران، استفاده از مکمل ها که این روزها قیمت های گزافی هم پیدا کرده اند، جز هدر دادن پول، تاثیر خاصی نخواهد داشت….، چرا که درصد زیادی از خودروهای ما دارای نسبت تراکم بالایی نیستند و استفاده از بنزین معمولی و یا نهایتا سوپر، برای آنها کفایت میکند.
اما داستان در مورد برخی خودروهای مدرن وارداتی متفاوت است، خودروهایی که دارای نسبت تراکم بالا، سیستم پاشش مستقیم سوخت (gdi)، یا مجهز به توروبشارژ هستند، به شدت به اکتان سوخت مصرفی حساسند و در زمانهایی که توزیع بنزین سوپر در کشور دچار اختلال می شود، به شکل فزاینده ای تعداد خرابی های موتوری این خودروها افزایش می‌یابد و مشاهده خودروهای توربو شارژ با پیستون شکسته، اصلا چیز عجیبی نیست….
برای رفع این مشکلات، ابتدا رعایت اصول ایمنی موتورهای توربو حین رانندگی و سپس استفاده از مکمل ها و اکتان بوسترهای موجود در بازار توصیه می شود.
به طور کل توصیه می شود در شرایطی که سوخت مناسبی مصرف نمی‌کنید، از تخته گاز رفتن و هرگونه فشار و شتاب گیری بی مورد پرهیز نمایید، همچنین همواره سعی کنید دور موتور خودرو در محدوده میانی مجاز باشد، ضمن اینکه برای شتاب گیری، بهترین راهکار استفاده از دنده های سنگین تر در کنار فشار حداقلی بر روی پدال گاز است.
استفاده از مکمل ها و اکتان بوستر های موجود در بازار هم، راه حل مناسبی است، اما قیمت بسیار بالا و فراوانی انواع تقلبی این محصولات در بازار نیز عاملی بازدارنده محسوب می شود.
برای تهیه این نوع مکمل ها، همواره به فروشگاه ها و نمایندگی های معتبر مراجعه کنید، و هرگز اقدام به خرید مکمل از پمپ بنزین ها نکنید، چرا که اگر محصولی که تهیه کرده اید تقلبی، یا از نوع نامرغوبی باشد، میتواند به آسانی باعث آسیب به موتور خودرو شود.
همچنین دقت داشته باشید که در آنها از سرب برای بالابردن عدد اکتان استفاده نشده باشد، چرا که وجود سرب در سوخت خودرو، به سرعت به آسیب دیدگی و از کار افتادن کاتالیزور اگزوز منجر خواهد شد.
مکمل ها در انواع و قدرت های مختلفی یافت می شوند، با مطالعه اطلاعات نوشته شده بر روی جعبه و قوطی آنها، میتوانید از مقدار افزایش اکتانی که سازنده آن ادعا کرده آگاه شوید.
پس با توجه به مطالبی که ذکر شد، به صورت خلاصه دریافتیم که برای انتخاب نوع بنزین مصرفی و عدد اکتان آن، در گام اول باید مشخصات موتور خودروی خود را بشناسیم، اگر موتور خودروی ما مجهز به توربو یا سوپر شارژ است، یا ضریب تراکم بالایی دارد، الزاما باید سعی کنیم از سوخت با عدد اکتان بالا استفاده کنیم، بنا براین استفاده از بنزین سوپر، یا استفاده از افزودنی های استاندارد برای ما اجباری است، اما اگر خودرویی با تکنولوژی قدیمی تر، و ضریب تراکم نسبتا پایین داریم و موتور خودرو با بنزین معمولی هم ناک نمیزند، نیازی به استفاده از بنزین سوپر، یا خرید اکتان افزاهای گران قیمت بازار نیست و میتوانیم با خیال راحت، از بنزین معمولی یا یورو 4 استفاده نماییم.
