در روزگاری که قیمت خودرو و قطعات آن ساعتی تغییر میکنند، رفتن به مکانیکی دل شیر میخواهد!
در بین لوازم یدکی و قطعات مصرفی، چرخ و لاستیک ها به عنوان قطعات مهم و حیاتی، در عملکرد خودرو تاثیر بسزایی دارند و افزایش هزینه های تعویض آن ها موجب شده تا بعضاََ مالکان خودرو جایگزینی لاستیک نو با کهنه را با تاخیر انجام دهند که البته این عمل خطراتی را به همراه دارد.
در این مقاله بر این سعی داریم تا به برخی اصطلاحات مرتبط به چرخ و لاستیک خودرو بپردازیم. آشنایی با این موارد کمک میکند تا شما بتوانید از چرخ و لاستیک خودروی خود برای مدت بیشتری استفاده کنید و اصطلاحا عمر مفید آن را افزایش دهید.
علاوه بر آن، علم به برخی دیگر از این موارد، راه شما را برای انتخاب رینگ و لاستیک مناسب هموار تر می سازد و شما را برای انتخابی هوشمندانه تر کمک میکند.
میزان فرمان چیست؟
ممکن است تجربه کرده باشید که غربیلک فرمان را صاف بگیرید و خودروی شما مسیر مستقیم را طی نکند. یا ممکن است احساس کنید که با رها کردن فرمان، خودرو به سمتی منحرف شود. این علائم میزان نبودن فرمان هستند. وقتی شما برای میزان فرمان به تعمیرگاه مراجعه میکنید، مکانیک با بررسی چرخ های جلوی خودروی شما آن ها را تنظیم میکند.
زمانی که قیمت خودرو چندبرابر می‌شود، طبعا هزینه های تعمیر آن نیز افزایش می یابد؛ با این حال هزینه میزان فرمان همچنان رقم بالایی نیست، اما عدم انجام آن ممکن است منجر به خرابی هایی شود که هزینه سنگین داشته باشند. حتی ساییده شدن لاستیک با شرایط امروز بازار قطعات یدکی، هزینه ای سنگین محسوب می شود!
میزان فرمان شامل هم راستا کردن 2 چرخ جلو و همگام سازی آن با غربیلک فرمان می شود.
عمل میزان فرمان با 2 روش سنتی و مدرن انجام می شود. در روش سنتی مکانیک با یک میله به طول فاصله ی دو دیواره ی داخلی لاستیک های جلو اقدام به میزان فرمان می کند تا دهانه‌ی چرخ های جلو از یکدیگر باز یا بسته نباشند و کاملا موازی و هم‌راستای یکدیگر قرار گیرند.
در روش مدرن نیز هدف از میزان کردن مشابه است. تنها تفاوت میزان فرمان لیزری آن است که مکانیک با قرار دادن کیت های لیزری روی چرخ ها زوایای آن ها را بررسی کرده و با مونیتور کردن مقدار زوایا آن ها را تنظیم میکند. بدیهیست که این روش ضریب خطای کمتری نسبت به روش سنتی شامل می شود.
تنظیم زوایای چرخ چیست؟
چرخ ها شامل چندین نوع اتصال هستند. میزان نبودن هر کدام از این اتصالات باعث می شود تا چرخ در موقعیت و زاویه ی درستی قرار نگیرد. عدم تنظیم زوایای هر 4 چرخ خودرو باعث ساییده شدن زود هنگام لاستیک ها، افزایش مصرف سوخت و کاهش پایداری خودرو می شود و در انتها عمر عقبندی و جلوبندی خودرو را کاهش می دهد. هر جهتی که چرخ می تواند به صورت طولی در آن جابجایی داشته باشد و از موقعیت درست خود فاصله بگیرد با یک نام شناخته می شود. اگر 3 محور X و Y و Z را برای چرخ در نظر بگیریم، در یکی Toe in و Toe out ، در یکی کمبر (Camber) و در دیگری کستر (Caster) نام جهت گیری چرخ ها می باشد.
Toe in و Toe out چرخ ها با میزان فرمان تنظیم می شوند و برای تنظیم 2 مورد دیگر، باید تنظیم زوایای کامل چرخ ها انجام شود. در واقع میزان فرمان تنظیم چرخ در یک زاویه و تنظیم زوایای چرخ انجام این عمل در 3 زاویه از چرخ است.
بالانس کردن تایر ها
در فیزیک آموختیم که عدم همخوانی مرکز جرم با مرکز دوران آن موجب ایجاد تنش در چرخش آن می شود. این دقیقا همان موضوعیست که ما را مجاب به بالانس کردن چرخ ها می کند. بالانس نبودن چرخ ها موجب لرزش در فرمان خودرو و کاهش پایداری آن می شود. به صورت تجربی می توان گفت عدم بالانس بودن چرخ ها، در بازه های سرعت 85 – 100 و 130 – 150 کیلومتر بر ساعت بیشتر خود را نشان می دهد و اثر بیشتری بر فرمان خودرو می گذارد.
از بالانس خارج شدن چرخ خودرو می تواند حاصل تاب افتادن در رینگ یا کج شدن آن و یا نامتقارن شدن لاستیک (بیضی شدن لاستیک که می توان بر اثر ساکن بودن خودرو برای مدت طولانی اتفاق بیفتد) باشد.
به طور کلی بالانس کردن چرخ ها با سرب انجام می شود. سرب ها به صورت گیره ای به لبه ی رینگ و لاستیک متصل می شوند یا به صورت چسبی در دیواره داخلی رینگ قرار می گیرند.
بالانس درجا یعنی چه؟
در برخی مواقع شاید بالانس کردن چرخ ها به صورت مرسوم آن مقدور نباشد. یکی از علل آن میتواند نوع رینگ باشد. رینگ هایی که کاپ نمی خورند (قالپاق ندارند) باید به صورت درجا بالانس شوند، چرا که جایی برای شفت دستگاه بالانس کامپیوتری در آن ها وجود ندارد.
بالانس درجا از دقت کمتری نسبت به نوع دیگر بالانس برخوردار است. چرا که هنگام بالانس چرخ همراه با اتصالات آن به اجزای پشت چرخ به گردش در می آید که ممکن خطا ایجاد کند.
لاستیک فاق بلند
شاید موقع تعویض لاستیک پیشنهاد استفاده از لاستیک فاق بلند از طرف فروشنده و یا حتی دیگر مالکان خودرو مشابه به شما داده شده باشد. خصوصا اگر رینگ سایز بزرگ روی خودروی شما نصب شده باشد و یا سواری خودروتان خشک به نظر برسد.
لاستیک فاق بلند یک اصطلاح است و سایز خاصی را مطرح نمی کند. مثلا اگر خودروی شما از لاستیک فابریک با سایز 215/45R17 استفاده کند، لاستیک فاق بلند آن 215/50R17 است. طبق محاسبه ی زیر لاستیک دوم فاق بلندتری نسبت به لاسیک اول دارد:
این 10.75 میلیمتر فاق بیشتر موجب می شود خودروی شما کوبش کمتری داشته باشد و احتمال ترکیدن یا 2 پوست شدن آن بر اثر افتادن در چاله کاهش باید. البته قبل از جایگزین کردن لاستیک فاق بلند برای خودرو باید توجه داشته باشید که سایز مذکور توسط کمپانی تولید کننده مورد تایید باشد. چرا که استفاده از لاستیکی که مورد تایید سازنده خودرو نیست می تواند مشکلاتی از قبیل اختلال در پایداری خودرو، نمایشگر سرعت و سیستم های کنترل پایداری و ترمز ضد قفل (به دلیل تغییر قطر چرخ) ایجاد کند.
مفهوم گل لاستیک
گل لاستیک درواقع به طرح شیار هایی که بر روی لاستیک ایجاد شده است می گویند. ممکن عبارات “گل زمستانی” یا “گل 4 فصل” و “گل تابستان” را شنیده باشید. تفاوت در چینش و زوایا در انواع گل لاستیک، آن ها را از هم تفکیک می کند.
در لاستیک های گل زمستانی سعی می شود طراحی شیار ها به نحوی باشد که در زمین مرطوب آب به سمت بیرون لاستیک هدایت شود. علاوه بر آن پایداری خودرو در زمین برفی در طراحی آن الویت قرار گرفته می شود و لاستیک های زمستانی ترمزگیری و پایداری مناسب تری در زمین لغزنده نسبت به دو مدل لاستیک دیگر دارند. اما از طرف دیگر این لاستیک ها از عملکرد ضعیف تری نسبت به لاستیک های تابستانه در زمین خشک بهره می برند.
در لاستیک های 4 فصل نیز سعی می شود تمام شرایط هوایی درطراحی لاستیک مد نظر گرفته شود. البته این نوع لاستیک ها به علت عملکرد ضعیف تر از 2 نوع دیگر، طرفداران کمتری دارند.
طراحی گل حائز اهمیت فراوان در عملکرد لاستیک است و بزرگترین تولیدکنندگان لاستیک همواره در تلاشند تا با ارتقای مهندسی در طراحی تایر، لاستیکی با چسبندگی و گریپ بالاتر در زمین های مرطوب و خشک، مصرف سوخت کمتر، صدای نویز کمتر، نرمی بیشتر و عمر بالاتر ارائه کنند.
آیا لاستیک پشت و رو دارد؟
گل برخی لاستیک ها به نحوی طراحی شده که یک سمت آن حتما باید به سمت بیرون خودرو باشد و در برخی دیگر طراحی گل متقارن است و پشت و روی آن تفاوتی ندارد. در هنگام نصب لاستیک هایی که پشت و رو دارند باید حتما به جهت لاستیک توجه داشت چرا نصب نادرست و جا به جای آن موجب کاهش عملکرد تایر، افزایش صدای نویز و هدایت نادرست آب در زمین مرطوب می شود.
لاستیک 2 پوست کرده به چه معناست؟
برخورد لاستیک با سطح تیز یا برخورد دیواره تایر با مانع، افتادن در چاله یا دست انداز می تواند موجب تورم لاستیک و یا اصطلاحا دوپوست شدن آن شود. در خودرو هایی که فاق لاستیک کوتاهی دارند این اتفاق رایج تر است، چرا با افتادن در چاله عمیق و جمع شدن فاق در هنگام عبور از روی سطح پله شکل چاله، ممکن است لبه ی رینگ دیواری لاستیک را گاز بگید و لاستیک دو پوست شود.
اگر از لاستیک فاق کوتاه بر روی خودروی خود استفاده میکنید سعی کنید باد تایر ها را همیشه تنظیم نگه دارید. تنظیم بودن باد لاستیک احتمال وقوع این مورد را کاهش می دهد.
رینگ 2 لبه یا 2 سایز به چه معناست؟
در برخی خودرو ها، خصوصا خودرو های اسپرت تر، از سایز رینگ متفاوت در محور عقب و جلو استفاده می شود. البته این اختلاف در قطر رینگ نیست بلکه پهنای رینگ های 2 محور با یکدیگر تفاوت دارد. ممکن است اصطلاح رینگ 2 لبه را شنیده باشید که منظور از 2 لبه همان 2 سایز متفاوت است. البته منشا تولید این اصطلاحات عجیب همیشه نا معلوم است!
کاپ رینگ
کاپ یا همان قالپاق رینگ به بخش جدا شونده مرکزی رینگ می گویند که معمولا لوگوی کمپانی سازنده خودرو بر روی آن درج شده است. البته اگر رینگ فابریک خودرو با رینگ افترمارکت تعویض شده باشد لوگوی برند کمپانی سازنده رینگ را بر روی آن خواهید دید. برخی رینگ ها مثل این مدل کاپ خور نیستند.
اسپیسر چیست و چه تفاوتی با آداپتر دارد؟
اسپیسر قطعه ای از جنس آلومینیوم می باشد که مابین توپی چرخ و چرخ قرار میگیرد و چرخ را بیرون تر از فاصله ی فابریک قرار می دهد. این قطعه در خودرو های مسابقه ای بیشتر دیده می شود. قطر اسپیسر ها از 3 میلی متر شروع می شود و حق انتخاب تا 65 میلی متر وجود دارد.
استفاده از اسپیسر تنها برای محور عقب پیشنهاد می شود؛ برای کاهش قطر شکستن و یا خورد شدن (به دلیل فشار زیادی که روی آن است) تنها اسپیسر های مرغوب برای استفاده مناسب هستند. تفاوت اسپیسر با آداپتر آن است که آداپتر امکان استفاده از رینگ غیرفابریک را نیز محیا می سازد. بدین صورت که یک آداپتر سایز پیچ و تعداد آن از یک طرف همگام با توپی خودروی شماست و از طرف دیگر قابلیت نصب یک رینگ با سایز و تعداد پیچ متفاوت را به شما می دهد.
